Baked Sea Bass



Ingredients:

1 jar roasted papers, sliced
Tomato (as much as you want and also if you want)
1 red onion, sliced
Olive oil
4 garlic cloves
3 slices of lemon
2 sea bass
15 black olives
25 grams toasted pine nuts
Parsley, chopped

How to cook:

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Toss the peppers and onions with seasoning plus a small drizzle of olive oil. Spread on a baking tray and cook for 5 mins.
Toss in the garlic and lemon with the onions and peppers. If you want you can also add tomatoes. Sit on the sea bass, brush fish with a little more oil, season fish and roast for 15 minutes. 
Stir the olives and pine nuts into the veg and roast for 5 minutes more until the fish is just cooked through. Squeeze over some lemon juice and season with parsley to serve. Kali oreksi!

Fish Soup


Ingredients:


2 large fish heads
extra fish parts and bones
2 stalks celery
2 largo carrots
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 large tomato
1 large tomato, diced
Large bay leaf
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
1 lemon, quartered
½ cup white wine

How to cook:

Place fish heads, bones and parts in a pot and cover with water. Add chopped vegetables and ¼ lemon.
Throw in salt and pepper. After it is boiled, cook more for 20 minutes. You have to check the fish if it
is cooked.  Remove fish and vegetables. Except lemon, keep all the vegetables. Remove as much fish
meat as possible from heads and fish parts. Place back into the pot with the vegetables and season with
the fish. If you want, you can also add some wine. 
If you try it after 1 day, the flavor will improve. the fish.

Seafood Pizza/Crepes

You can cook seafood pizza but if you can also make it with crepes. Here, i will tell you how to make seafood crep.
Ingredients:
300 grams sea bass
2 pieces of mushrooms
50 grams of boiled shrimps
50 grams of boiled mussels
1 red pepper
1 tea glass of grated cheese
1 spoon of tomato paste
Salt
Thyme
Red pepper

For the crepe:
2 eggs
1.5 glass of flour
1 glass of water
1/2 glass of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
Butter

For crepe, mix flour, salt, milk and water. Add the eggs and mix well until it becomes like dough. Cook both sides of the crepe.
Cut the sea bass into small pieces and start cooking in a pan. Add all the ingredients. Place this mixture inside your crepe, put grated cheese on top and cook in oven (160 C)

Sea bass with obergine

Ingredients:
600 grams sea bass
4 spoons of flour
Sunflower oil
Olive oil
8 pieces of pearl onion
1 clove of garlic
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 tomato
10 pieces of mushroom
For the obergine sauce:
2 pieces of obergine
Half lemon's juice
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Clean the fishes and cut into small pieces. Cover these pieces with flour and fry them in sunflower oil.
Saute onion, garlic, peppers, mushrooms and tomato with olive oil. After 3-4 minutes, add the fishes and cook them until there is no water from tomato.
Grill the obergines, clean the skin and then cut it into small pieces with a fork. Mix with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Put it on a plate and then put the fish on top.

Sea Bass Casserole With Saffron

 
Ingredients:
 
500 grams sea  bass
5 pieces of mushroom
1 tea glass of cream
1 water glass of grated cheese
1 sppon of butter
1 spoon of saffron
Salt
Pepper
2 cloves of garlic

How to cook

First all of all, you have to grill the sea bass fillet.
Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter and then add the saffron. After 30 seconds, add cream.
Place the grilled sea bass inside one cassarole and add the sauce you have cooked. Put grated cheese on top and cook it inside oven (160 degrees)
