Spagetti Bolognese


    Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200grams minced meat
  • 1 onion, fiinely chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
    400 grams tomatoes, chopped
  • 230ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 300 grams wholemeal spagetti
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

    How to cook: 

    Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are pink and soft. Then add the minced meat and cook until it is browned. Add mushrooms and carrot, cook for  2-3 minutes, then add the tomatoes, vegetable stock, tomato purée, Worcestershire sauce and freshly ground black pepper. Stir well and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

    Place the wholemeal spaghetti in salted boiling water and cook for 8 minutes. After your spagetti is ready, serve with Bolognese sauce. You can also add parsley on top. Kali oreksi!
